- No. MazoRent takes no security deposit — nothing is blocked on your card and nothing is held back. You pay the rental itself, and afterwards only what actually happens: tolls, fines, parking, fuel or extra kilometres, each as its own itemised line.
- What is Salik and who pays it?
- Salik gates are billed to the booking at cost, matched to your rental by the car's plate and the time you crossed. They appear as their own line with the crossing reference, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
- Which driving licence do I need?
- UAE residents need a UAE driving licence. Visitors can drive on their home licence depending on the issuing country, usually alongside an International Driving Permit. Upload it during checkout and it is verified before the car is released.
