- What can be charged to my booking?
- The rental, the cover and any extras you chose, plus a platform fee per billed month. Afterwards, only what actually happens: Salik, parking, fines, fuel differences, extra kilometres and damage — each as its own itemised line you can dispute from the booking page.
- When am I charged?
- Payment is taken when the supplier approves your request, not when you send it. There is no separate payment step, and nothing is taken while a request is still waiting for an answer.
